In my Revit I don't have many options in the "City" menu (Advanced Model Graphics > Sun and Shadow Settings > Manage Place and Locations - like attached). But I have used the Revit in another computer and many options were there. That's something I have to create somehow, to update, etc?

Another thing! When I set the Longitude and Latitude as 0.000° to make it look like there's no shadow in mid-day Revit acuses and error and shuts down. There's another way to make almost no shadow when rendering?

Hello KK,

This is an older post you have here but I thought I'd try and answer you anyway.  I'm not sure which version of Revit you are using (I use Revit Architecture) but I don't use the longitude and latitude to set the shadow, I use the time of day.

I just found out how to add new cities with whatever longitude and latitude you need. It was from someone's Revit blog - sorry I forget whose it was. Go to "Settings" in Rendering Menu and select "Sun" then "Place" (make sure "Use Sun and Shadow Settings from view" is deselected. If you right click in the Cities box you have the option "Add" - then simply insert your required city and location.
