I am trying to create a door and window schedule that will list the doors and windows in my building model. Currently the schedules are listing every window/door in the building. I want the schedule to list each different door or window once and list the quantity of the same doors. For example: Type - Andersen 5 x 3; Quantity - 10. Currently it is listing every instance of the Andersen 5x3 windows individually in the schedule. How can I set the schedule to list the quantities for the doors/windows that are the same?

Add the "COUNT" field to your schedule. Sort by window/door model. Uncheck "itemize every instance" under the sorting/grouping tab.
