I am not 100% sure what you asking. But my best guess is you having Keynotes everywhere in your project plus some text notes on sheets.

To sort out the Keynotes to display on print sheet is easy, just create a Keynotes Legend, play around with the sorting, then you will get that. However, the text notes are the problem here, because general text note have no parameter, so it cannot be schedule. A work around will be create a symbol use as text note from generic annotation family, add some parameter on it so you can use for sorting, load it into your project, then create a Note Block (schedule).

I think you know what to do next, so I don't descript too detail here. Hope it help you.

I have done this by duplicating my Keynote Legend.  One instance only displays the notes on that sheet.  This is the one used throughout my set.  And the other Keynote legend displays all instances.  That one is used on my general conditions sheet.

hope this helps

UTburn4242!!!

thanks it worked .......duplicating the schedule and unchecking the "filter by sheet box" allowed me to put ALL of the project notes on the cover sheet....while using the other schedule filtered by notes used by each sheet......
