Is there a way to turn off the layers of a linked drawing in Revit without having to open the ‘VV’ or the Visibility Graphic Overrides? I dont' know which layers are which in my linked dwg and I have to guess to turn them off. Is there a tool that is similar to the one in AutoCAD where I can just pick the ones I want off?

Lorne17 Select the CAD dwg from within Revit. The options Delete Layers, Full Explode, Partial explode & Querry appear. Select 'Query'. Now select lines in the Cad dwg. A dialog box appears with the lines properties & the option to Delete or Hide in view. Select Hide in View. This is the same as turning off layers in 'VV' but you can pick the layers you won't to turn off. Best of luck. John A
