Is the way to find the midpoint between two objects like you can in AutoCAD?

Well .... what did you do in cad? You did a line between the two objects and snapped to its mid-point. Same here.

Using drafting lines I draw a small circle centered on each of the two points that I am needing the halfway point for. From one of the points, draw a line to any of it's circle's quadrants and then continue the line to the other circle's center. From that circle, continue the line to the quadrant opposite the quadrant that you chose first. Continue the line to the center point of that first circle. You should, at this point, have a parrallelogram. Snap a line from the midpoint of one of the long sides to the midpoint of the other long side of this parallelogram. The midpoint of the last line that you drew is precisely halfway between your the two points that you started with...just like in AutoCAD.

Well now that you completely lost me I think I'll just stick to dividing the distance by two. I just wanted to know if there was something SIMPLE as in CAd you can be moving a line and whereever your move point is from you can right click and use Snap Overrides and choose midpoint between two objects. So Revit doesn't have that. So I'll just divide by 2 Thanks.

No problem, but if you (or anyone reading this later) decide to try it my way be sure that the circles are the same radius. I forgot to mention that in my explanation. I draw one and copy it over, but if you have a favorite radius, you can use it on both.

Or if you're completely lost from what bauhaus said. Then just draw one line from point to point and snap your object to the midpoint of that ONE line. Then delete the line. Easy as pie.
