Although, we try to avoid it- sometimes in a complicated detail one leader line will pass over another. Typically, we will show a break in one of the leaders at the intersection. Also, in details with multiple layers of materials notated from one side we will extend the leader line past the furthest layer and have a reversed arrow point to the opposite face. The arrow points back towards the notation. Can revit do this. I have created an arrowhead as an annotation tag and used the symbol tool to place it. Then leader with a detail line- This works as a work-around. Is there as better way to do this? Thanks

I got a "blank leader" from here or Augi and that also inserts as a symbol but is a leader and arrow only. But I basically do the same thing as you do and start the blank leader on one side of the break and finish the rest with detail lines on the other side...
