Does anyone know why something as common as a 'Z Bar' isn't part of the detail components for RST 2008?

Has anyone created one?  I searched the downloads and came up empty.  I'm just starting to learn detailing with RST (trying to create some typical details - stepped footing is attached) and I'm not versed in creating my own reinforcing bar...  Yet...

Thanks in advance for any help and/or leads.
