In my room schedule, I have created a calculated field for occupancy load. It divides area by occupancy load factor, which is a shared parameter I have created for rooms. It works great and is in my schedule, but I cannot find how to add it to my room tag. (Revit Arch 200 Any ideas? Thanks.

You can't show a calculated value in a tag. One way to get around it is to add another shared parameter called "Occupant Load Tag", place it as a field in your schedule next to the calculated field, and then manually type in the numbers that were calculated. You can add this parameter to your room tag.

That worked!! Thanks. Not exactly the relational database I hoped for but enough to get the information on our plans. Just have to monitor any changes.
