Hi,we are using VMWare Fusion on a Macbook. We got the application so that we could run Revit. So,we install Revit from Bootcamp and registered the license .Then we use Revit from VMWare, but when we go to save the document in Revit the program asks us to validate the license again. So we do, but then we get the message that the license information provided is incorrect??Does anyone have any clues why this may be happening?Any help would be mush appreciated.Emilio

I haven't tried running Revit on a Mac yet.  I have a Mac Mini that I use to surf this forum with though!
There is a thread over on AUGI started by Phil Read that is very long that explores many issues of running Revit on a MAC.
http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=35939
The two things to check on first:
1. Make sure you have the latest build of Revit installed
2. Watch the way you install Revit via VM Ware
I'm holding off on my I-Mac purchase until Leopard comes out so until then I've been monitoring the thread on AUGI in anticipation.

thanks

we solved the problme by deleting the bootcamp partition from the mc. We then loaded vmware durectly to the mac and installed Revit into the VMware partion ... all works welland we are very happy.

However we do have a slight problem where the crtl button doesn't seem to work in revit which means we can't have multiple selections ... boo ... oh well
