Hello,

I'm having two issues with callouts.

1) When i create a callout I am not seeing the linework that is visible on the view that the callout is referencing. In addition the ramp and stair arrows are not showing up in the callout. I've checked all the VG settings, checked the hidden objects, and checked that no underlays are on that might mask the lines. Everything looks ok.

When I select the lines that are missing in the referenced view the "make elements editable" puzzle piece shows up next to a small red line in the callout view.  See attached jpg, the refeneced view is on the left and the callout view is on the right. 

I've tried copying to clipboard and pasting in same place as well as current view, still doesn't show up.

2) When our interiors department creates furniture layouts using groups of model lines on a certain level they show up on all levels until we hide them. Looking at the callout view on the right again there are extra lines that are only supposed to show up on the floor above this one. They have tried creating families based of extrusions, as well as model lines. Both are showing on improper floors.

We're all pretty new at this so any help would be appreciated.
