For working out troubles with dwg data you can use recover dwg. It is able to view the results of restoring. The utility is compatible with all supported Windows OS. The tool is easy to use interface for any experienced users.

use the recover and audit features in autocad.
Open a drawing using the recover command.
Once opened, audit with the option to delete corrupted elements.

6 years later & I still had this same problem! In my case, there were so many imported DWGs in the model that I didn't even know which one crashed Revit
For people desperately looking for a solution like I did, try to remove imported DWGs one by one and see which file is corrupt and delete it. You will probably need a Revit addin for this as there's currently no other way to see all imported DWGs in your file, unless it's small model. Addins like DWG Explorer can do this.
For me, I will make sure to only link dwgs from now on!
