i'm pretty new to editing families and revit in general.  i'm trying to edit a double storefront door family so that i have a single storefront door.  i deleted everything but it has some constrains on it so that it still wants a double door opening.  if i put the door in a 3'-0 opening it makes the door 1 -6 because it thinks the other door is there - basically leaves an opening in that area.  it has eq dimensions that i can't delete and anchors on the reference planes.  i can't delete the reference planes on the "empty" side.  anyone know how i can just get the constraint or anchor to be deleted so i can just have one door.

thanks

Storefront / curtain wall doors are different than "normal" doors.  They are not typed to size.  Instead, they size themselves according to the panel you put them in.

If you are going to start with the double door, just remove one side then make the remaing door the full width of what you started with.  (redo the extrusions and symbollic linework)  The eq constraints and reference planes will define your door with the center in the center of your door.
