I have been trying to import a Revit Building Model into my Revit Structure Model. I have done this in the past a few times with good results; however, the latest model I am trying to do this with comes in 286'-0" below the true elevation. I have tried different templates and get the same results; however, when I try someone else's model it works fine. I will usually do this to copy/monitor the Levels, Grids, Columns, Walls and Floors. This works really well for us, but at this point I am not sure what to do
This is a new client with whom I have not worked before with Revit, and it is a large project.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just move the project up or down to match your levels, or move your levels up or down to match his, then acquire coordinates from his model.
