Any one know how to create an animation, not a walk through, in revit so that I can show the sequence of an item being built? Thanks

Don't know for sure, but check out the artcle in the news section of this site... http://aec.cadalyst.com/aec/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=435198 I haven't read all the way through it, but it seems like this might be what you're thinking about.
