I am attempting my first site plan w/ topography. I have a pretty good building model and got the topography going but I can't seem to get it to not go thru the building. I have grass showing thru the windows in the basement. I tried hard to get the grade points to go around the basement walls but was unsuccessful. Any tips on how to get this done????

Thats what the PAD tool is for. Just click pad from the site tool bar, then select the walls of your grade level. Then set the pad elevation. This will cut out the site at your building. Note there are some limitations to pads, they are flat and can't overlap.

Thanks, that did the job. I will have to play with that a little more.
