I have a Gym that all the walls are curved. I am trying to put a saddle shaped roof on this circular building. How would I go about starting the roof to make it look like a saddle? I know if I get the roof done then, I can just attach the walls to the roof, but I can't get the roof.??

It depends on exactly what you call saddle shaped, but most likely you'll need to create a mass to create surface that you can then use the roof by face tool on. I'd imagine it would be a mixture of a sweep and a void extrusion... to achieve the shape you want.
