Using Revit 8.0 Hi guys i'm trying to design my grilfriend's dream apartment, and she loves those glass buildings, now i know that in thes ebuildings you can see out through some of the glss panels, but not through others becuase there are walls, how would i make this on revit...more specifially make it so that if it seems as much glass as possible but if there is a wall behind one not have it throw off the shade of the glass the type of building i;m talking about looks like this: http://images.jupiterimages.com/common/detail/28/64/22866428.jpg thanks everyone for their help or even for looking over my question

Thank you for trying sdbrown but unfortunately that doesn't work. This is because althought galzed he wall behind the glass is still seen compared to the glass without the wall behind it. Thank you for trying though.

The image you showed would definately be created using curtain walls. So I must be missing something. The building you showed would be very quick to create, YOu would create an inplace mass the shape of the building, then create a curtain system with the panel spacing shown, and then use the curtain wall by face tool. Is it the SSG glazing thats the problem for SSG you have to modify a mullion profile and offset so it sits behind the glass.

Just change the Material for you glass not to be so transparent. Is the issue you are having when you are rendering the view or just view it with shaded with edges? If its when rendering select a glass material with a higher mirror/reflectivity and perhaps a colour. If its when shading goto settings-->materials-->glass (check to make sure this is the material being used by your curtain walls) and set the opacity to 5 or something lower. 100 is fully transparent...
