Perhaps it doesn't and you are judging the sofware to soon? Rather than give a blunt statement with no substance perhaps you can explain your specific issues? They may be rather simple resolutions. We don't even know how long you have been using the software? Revit Structure is still fairly new in the scheme of things and is still under express development...
