anyone know where the display order command in Revit 2008 is....it isn't an icon like the tutorials say it is.  Also, does anyone know if there is a master "reset" for the visibility graphics manual over rides in this program.  Over the span of my project I have manually tweaked a few items, and would like to reset them all.  Can I do that with one command?
