We are attempting to create a grid of metal wall panels with rivets at the corners. To make things more complex, they are on walls that are not perpendicular to the horizontal plane. We found a download, but it failed horribly. Any ideas on how to model this?

Ok, first make a curtain panel in the shape you want, next make a rivet family(generic model), nest the rivet family into your curtain panel family, and array it as needed(note you can add a parameter to array so you can increase the count if your have diff. panel sizes. then to create the wall not horizontal, either create a mass first , then use wall by face or use a ruled curtain system.
