does anyone know how to identify what the name of a line is.  For instance, I would like to change the lineweight of the dashed line that extends from the grid bubble head, but cannot find that line in the object styles dialog box.  Is there a way to select an item and get all of its information somewhere?

Select one of the grids and click Properties. Go to Edit/New and Change the lineweight there. If you are wanting to change the line pattern you can change it in the same box.

Ok, the grid line you change the line weight in the properties of the grid.  The grid head you change the line weight in object styles under "Annotation Objects" tab, and then Grid Heads.  As for clicking on it to find where its located, there is no such thing that I am aware of, but if you know the families and the type of object your looking for it shouldnt be too hard to find it.  I.e.  grid is an annotation, so go to Annotations under the object styles, then look for Grid.
