I've created a door family with the panel nested into it; however, when the family is inserted into the project; I'm unable to change the door's swing direction (left/right) and orientation (interior/exterior). Is this due to the nature of the nested family? Any help/advice would be much appreciated.T!

did you include the flip/orientation arrows in the family when you create it? they should have been on the design bar to your left. just drag and drop into the family HTH
