Just wanted to say hello to all and say this is a great site! I am a CAD drafter for Monrad Engineering an electrical engineering firm in Tucson AZ. We are about to take on a new project with a architect in Colorado and they use Revit Architectur 2008. We will be using Revit MEP 2008 once the project starts. Right now we are learning the programs and working through the tutorials and will be getting some formal training in the near future. This site has been quite helpful so far. I was wondering if anybody out there knew of any third party applications that were specific to electrical engineering? Are there any electrical equipment manufactures who are creating elements for Revit and if so who are thay and where can i find the downloads? Thanks for all the great info on this site! hope everybody is having a great week!

Try this site for revit& other BIM objects downloads: http://www.bimworld.com/ Although mostly architectural families from manufacturers
