I'm having a bit of a problem with arches/columns. Can't figure out how to combine them properly. Note: my column is actually a wall. See attached image, should explain in a bit, if not, let me know

Same materials in the same plane can be joined using the "join geometry" tool. (Overlapping squares next to the offset button.)

Thanks for the info. I did some testing and figured out why it happened. The arch and columns were aligned at an odd angle, something like 68.859. Due to that angle, I think some of the snaps were off a bit when i was modeling the column. I chagned everything to an exact 67º, redrew the colums & arches, now join geometry tool works fine. thanks again
