Does Revit have a way to trim two lines with a rounded line outcome like AutoCAD has the fillet command?

Yes, when you are drawing lines and such, you have 3 regular choices "Line", "Rectangle", and "Arc passing through three points" next to the third is a drop down arrow...click on that and in that list is "Fillet Arc" and click that, then click the two lines you want to fillet and then click the radius.
