Hello, I am wondering if there is an easy way to draw reinforcement plans, after the calculations  in ETABS for example), using Revit Structure.

I don't know about reinforcement drawings in Revit Structure, but we use a standalone software that is working under AutoCAD/ADT and is called Impact Reinforcement. This is a great software to make reinforcement documentation (reinforcement drawings, bar-bending lists, etc). Check it out: http://impactrc.strusoft.com/index.php Unfortunately, the site is in Swedish, but I hope you will get an idea of software possibilities.
