is there a way to convert sketch up files to Revit files. I need a golf cart and I can only find a 3d golf cart in sketchup.

One recomendation though, dont use sketchup as model for Revit.  First off sketchup isnt a very accurate program where as Revit is a very accurate program with dimensions and sizes and all.  Also sketchups way of doing arcs and other curves is segmented so when looking at a curved wall in revit from sketchup it has a ton of virticle lines.  Instead use Sketchup as like an over lay, and then just create in-place families, walls, and such based off your sketchup model.  Use sketchup for things like "Wall by face", and "Roof by face".  I wouldnt recomend having Sketchup and Revit share the job of being the primary model for a project in revit.
