Anyone know how to create hatch pattern for revit? I mean create our own hatch pattern in revit.

Hi, anyone knows how to do this hatch pattern? (see the attached) This is a casted concrete wall with recessed botton on 4 sides.

Is this possible?

I would never do this as a hatch. 

What this "pattern" represents might determine what I would do but you don't tell us that.

Try this - it's two unbounded lines at right angles and four approximated circles generated by HatchKit 2014.
