Using Revit 2008 I've created a drawing list with the "Drawing Order" already set up in my schedule. Each one of my plot sheets have a number which correspond with the drawing order. In my title block I have my sheet number labeled "Drawing Order" as a parameter. Is there a way to link the "Drawing Order" from my drawing list schedule to my title block? So as I update my drawing list order my title block automatically updates as well ! As of right now I have it setup this way but when I look at my sheet view properties I have 2 exact parameters of "Drawing Order", both with the same spelling. Just one is coming from my title block and one from my drawing list schedule. all responses greatly appreciated thanks

Sounds like you need to be using shared parameters instead of project parameters. There are numerous threads on this. Check them out and let us know if you're still having difficulty. HTH.

I've used shared parameters before but for some reason before I posted this I could not figure it out. But since then I have. It seems whenever I post something I always figure it out before i get a response. I ended up deleting my parameter in my schedule and using the shared parameter from my title block for them to see each other vs having 2 parameters in the same project with one been shared and the other only for my schedule. Not sure if this all makes any sense but it works now and its a shared parameter. thanks

You could give the Drawing Manager on the www.revittv.com website a go - it's been working great for me!
