Hi all, when i go to ->shared coordinates -> specify coordinates by a point -> and select a point for 0,0,0, why is this point not the 0,0,0 point when I export this model to 3dsmax? E

Not sure. What I did long ago was make a simple autocad file with an "x" at 0,0,0 and imported it into Revit so I knew exactly where it was. I've read stories where someone has been off by like 17 miles! This can cause big problems being off this much.

When you export, click options and you;ll see a pull down that defaults to project internal. pull that down and chose shared. In revit the project internal 0,0,0 is NOT able to be moved. But you can specify a point as you have that you want revit to export to as 0,0,0,
