Hi , Is there any trick how to change plain old floor plan in Revit to "hand sketch looking" with cool illustration. Thanks

Revit doesn't have the sketch stuff. You would have to export it to another app like SketchUp. ACA has this if you have the option of both programs. Photoshop also is another.

if you have Autocad Architecture (Desktop) you can export to dwg and use the Napkin Sketch feature HTH
