Have been trying to work with void extrusions.  What am I doing wrong when some of my voids are showing up as orange lines instead of actually cutting the object?  I am using version 9.1

Click on "Cut Geometry" then select the solid, then the void.  You can also select the void then the solid.  Don't you keep getting an error saying that there is so solid form being cut by the void?

some time you should take care the work plan  when you creat void form

in your case,i think you should choose again the work plan when you edit the void form
