1. Witness line ends that can snap to other objects such as lines etc., to improve the laborious task of stretching & placing witness lines away from the model plan. In order to have good presentation, the witness line ends need to align with one another, a task which is unfortunately, currently all guess work. 2. The ability to add text below the dimension line, eg. to indicate the room name the dimension is referencing, instead of next to the dimension label which becomes messy if a dimension is too small to fit all the text. 3. The option to NOT dimendion wall thicknesses when dimensioning entire walls, but just room sizes. I personally have a note at the top of a plan drawing which basically says: *All External Walls = 240mm Thick. (unless noted otherwise) *All Internal Walls = 90mm Thick. (unless noted otherwise) This reduces the clutter of the drawing and basically makes it easier to read, and is less work. 4. Dimension text override. Those of us that draw endless domestic residential plans know all too well that footing details for example rarely change. Such details can be represented as not-to-scale typical details whose various dimensions can be represented as words 'DEPTH' or 'WIDTH' to which a table can be associated to with actual sizes. This elimnates the need to constantly update common details. Dimension text overrides are essential to do this.
