I am having an issue with our Grey solid "model" lines showing up either dashed/pixilated at our desired scale(1/16"=1').  It seems to occur not only for Revit lines, but imported Cad halftoned lines as well.  Makes me think that it has something to do with the printer setup or overall view properties.  Any help with this would be greatly apprecitated.

I am having the same issue with little to no success in a possible remedy. This issue occurs with dwg, dwf, and rvt files at all scales in my case. What printer/plotter are you working with? I'm currently using a KIP3000. Selecting the "plot halftone as thin lines" option in the print setup makes the lines print crisp - but this is a less than satisfactory result as now we can not easily differentiate between our drawing elements and those from the linked model/cad files from the architect. The only other option I have had any luck with is in the KIP3000 printing preferences under the printer options tab "OUTPUT FORMAT" - it was set to KIPScript and I switched it to KIPGL which resulted in the lines printing crisp but extra light grey (almost illegible). Still no ideas on a definate/correct fix for this problem tho - only half assed work arounds that produce a less than satisfactory result. Hope this helps even if only a minute amount. If you have any updates or have found a better fix please let me know! Thanks! - Kcaparella
