There would be two methods, Embed the soldier course into the door or window family. I believe there are some arched examples in the family explorer... Second, you split the face of the wall and paint a different material...

Three is a nice option number eh? Build a wall hosted family and place it on the wall above each window. Any or all three works well...

Try here: http://essentialbim.com/product/brick-arch/ this works very well and looks great when rendered.

 

There are plenty of useful flexible parameters, the Calculations allow it to be easily aligned to your window/door, there are parameters for brick height, depth, number of bricks, arch radius, height from window to bottom of Arch etc. as well as material parameters to change the brick colour and the mortar.
