I'm trying to generate the room finish schedule to no avail.  I've created them before but for some reason in this project, I can't.  When I go to View>Schedules> I select "Room" from the list.  I then add the room number, name, etc. parameters to the schedule.  When I'm done, it shows just a schedule with the column headings of the parameters but no data.   I've created it twice now, with no success.  I think it may have to do with the fact that the schedule properties are "project completion", but I've tried all the other project status' and still no luck.  All rooms are correctly placed and labled in the plan with the room name.  Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I think your are on the right track with phases.  Since rooms are phase specific, be sure that your room schedule is set to the same phase as the rooms.  Also be sure yu are not filtering your schedule so that logically none of the rooms meet your filter criteria.

Thanks Tom Dorner!  Again you help me out!  I guess I didn't check all the status's of the rooms because they were all set to "B10 Superstucture"...which I was sure I checked but obviously missed.   So, when I changed the properties ofthe schedule to "B10 Superstructure", they all showed.  Thanks Again!
