Is it something that was downloaded from RevitCity?  If so, which family?  I can try to open it.

yes, for example the plotter link: http://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=3734

and the velux roof windows link: http://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=downloadnow&object_id=3663&object_file_type=rfa

I don't understand why, it appers "the file velux_roof_window_3663.rfa was saved in a later version of autodesk revit and cannot be retrieved in this version"

Both files opened fine in Revit Architecture 2008.  It would appear as though they may have been created in RA08 and they selected Revit 9.1 since 2008 is not an option yet when uploading content to Revit City.  I reported this to the Admin last night so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Sorry Sad
