First question why would you like to do that having two walls side by side?

That can be best reperesented in your wall assembly by creating layers of different materials in your wall properties. You might have few reasons why you would like to do that but it has some set back also like when you insert doors or windows it won't cut the two walls but only one of them.

no no i wouldn't delete them normally, i just wanted to show how it looks, cause there is a problem with that thin wall dimensions.

yes i know that i will have problems with inserting doors and windows, but i wanted to have thin walls representing tiles only. joining both walls fixes the problem :]
