I have been using Revit 2008 for a month now and not come on this prob. I have all the parameters for the internal walls set to the ceiling height of my house but they extend up, to underside of the roof. I checked the height, I have checked the LEVEL to which it connects, I have changed several parameters to no avail so I changed them back. What am I doing wrong??

Will I simply have to remove the roof, fix the walls, then replace the roof?? I hope not....

maybe you attached walls to the roofs, that's why they extend to the roof. try to unjoin walls from roof and then align them to the right level

I agree with chudy...click on the wall then click "Detach" at the top, then select your roof.  This should make your walls snap back to where you wish.  Hope that helps.

Thank-you chudy & Bronco. I am much in your debt. This worked very well.
