So one of the Revit n00bs on my team put a bunch of different elevations on the plan when she should have just added more views to a single tag. Now we're trying to clean up the plan, and wondering if there's an easier way to migrate or link the 2 elevations together without losing all the detailing we've already done. Any ideas, or do we have to do it the hard way? TIA, Meg

As far as I know you can't merge two elevations. You can however go ahead and add the other elevations to the symbol. This will create new views. You can then use "Copy to Clipboard" and "Paste Aligned" to transfer your detailing to the other views. This may be a little tedious if you have a lot of detailing to transfer, but the paste aligned command will place them in the exact location that they were on the original view. HTH
