I can think of 3 approaches.

1) Use masking region tool to hide inner lines.

2) Use split tool to split walls at outer edge of intersection leaving small pieces of wall near intersection.  Then use linework tool and choose invisible lines to hide inner edge.

3) Cut walls back to edge and infill intersection with an in-place wall family.  Use join geometry to eliminate edges.
