Help, somehow I have lost the titles off all my sheets in the entire project.

Select your view on the sheet and in the properties drop down in the top left corner it probably says something like "No Title", just change this to the appropriate view title your require. If this doesn't work it sounds like someone has managed to delete the actual view title family from the project. Reload it and all should be well. HTH.
