Is it still true (as it was in a 2005 posting) that you cannot tag a roof? Why is this not as simple as tagging a wall?

In Revit 2008 you can tag a roof. However you can still not create a tag that will pick up the roof's pitch parameter...

Hmmm... I've looked through the Imperial and Metric Libraries for such a thing, as well as this site, and haven't come up with an appropriate tag... am i not seeing it somewhere, or do i have to convert a generic tag to a roof tag somehow...? Appreciate your help...

This is an old thread, but I am running into the same problem in REVIT 2010. What is the proper way to tag a roof? I can't find a family for that purpose. Thanks.

Has anyone ever seen an actual roof tag in REVIT. I see plenty of discussion about it and that it exists (at least in 200 but there isn't one in 2010 and cannot seem to make one without having a system family first. Is it possible to copy one from a 2008 version if it exists? If so, does anyone have it?
