I'm having problems cleaning this up at the intersections of the framework, can anyone give me some suggestions?

I'm assuming you have tried Join and it has not worked...?  Unless this is a Curtain Wall element, in which case you'd probably be better off just modeling the frame.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

The roof is a Sloped Glazing element.  When you say modeling the frame, what do you mean exactly?  Export it into 3D Studio Viz?  How would you model it in Revit?

Correct me if im wrong rkitect, but what I think he is saying is that you can create a in place family and inside that family you can join geometry to clean up thoes edges.  So just click on componant and the creat in place on the top bar, and using different views you should be able to make it with extrustions, and sweeps of solids and voids.  I dont see the need to export it out, it shouldnt be too bad to do in Revit if you have all the right views and planes set up.  If you need more help on how to do it let me know, I may be able to model something closely related tonight and get it to you.Grant Doherty

That is correct Grant.  Getting sloped and angled curtain wall mullions to join cleanly is not an easy task.  A clean model with these types of elements is usually modeled with sweeps and extrusions in component editor.
