Can you change elevation tags in 7.0? I don't want to see the view name and I need to change the text. I was able to do it in 6.1 But I got an elevation tag error when I upgraded our template to 7.0. Thanks, Jennifer

YES - just buried in a different place... To change this go to setting ->view tags->elevation tags Select the 1/2" circle type and uncheck the box that marks show view name.

I've been using Revit since release 5 and those elevations tags are just plain ugly. No matter how much you try there is only so much that can be modified and they are still just plain YUCK. When are we going to be allowed to create our own look for these?

In 9.0 elevation tags are still system families and can only be customized within the system family limits. Basically you can have two shapes, square (the rage on the East Coast) and round. You can modify the size of each shape and choose whether the elevations show name or number. HTH Tom

Uh, this should be a no-brainer, but I have looked and re-looked, and still don't find how to place interior elevation markers into a legend view.

anyone?
