Our office has created several different keynote tags including roof, plan, reflected ceiling, etc...all in a new family of keynotes. Therefore as we go through and note our different drawings with the corresponding tags a note block containing their tag number and description is generated. However, the issue we are running into is as we red line different parts of our project several elements have been altered or deleted and in turn have left the wrong tag remaining on our drawings and also in our schedule. What we would like to happen is to have our schedule recognize the altered or deleted elements and in turn as we remove the numbered tag have the rest of the schedule shift to accommodate the missing number. Is there any way to make this work or at least one of the two problems? Please let us know. Thanks
