Hi guys - I've been on Revit since 6, and I've never had this problem before. I'd appreciate any advice. I have several wall sections, and in only one of them, I cannot get callouts to appear. They are on in VV. I've turned on all model and annotation objects, all worksets, and all hidden objects, and I still can't get them to show up. The callout views have been created and placed on sheets and still exist; I just can't get them to be referenced in this ONE wall section. I've done a alot of annotations and filled regions, etc, so I'd rather not recreate the section, except as a last resort. Any thoughts? Thanks! Jen

It seems quite a few people are having this issue in 2008 with upgraded files. Check that your callouts are set to show in intersecting views and not just in the parent view (or were they created in this view). Try extended the far clip plane of your section view too. I think I found once that the section needed to show the full extents of the callout before the callout apppeared. If all else fails send the file to support as a possible bug.

If you have to recreate the section, cut it first then copy to clipboard your added elements from the original section and paste in in the new section so you don't loose much.

We had the same problem with callouts that we did in plan view, and all we did was turn off the crop region and they miraculously appeared - hope it helps!
