I have been waiting for over a year to find this out. 3DConnexion says that they are waiting on Autodesk to assist them with developing a driver and so far they have not. I have sent in requests to Autodesk for this and have not gotten any responses. If anyone else knows anything new I would really like to know as well.

Yeah, I've got one of those 3dConnexion controlers and love it. I wish I could use it in Revit! Definite wishlist item. If you search around the 3DConnexion forum, there are some 'generic' drivers, but I haven't used them.
