This has to be so simple it is killing me. I need a dim style with the text below the dim line or even without a dim line but below the tics. Just having a rough day. Thanks

Don't think you can have a default dimension style do this. It's the little blue grabby thing to just drag the dimension down to where you need it. Select the dimension in question and it will show. I hope you need just one or two and not the whole set of prints.

Revit will not allow you to put you text below the dim line by default.  Each dimension would need to modified and the text relocated to below the line.

 I'm interested as to where it is convention to have the text below the line?  I haven't heard someone request this before.

I am cutting up huge buildings into 5' by 5' squares or 10' by 10' etc..for storage units. I hide dim lines on center walls and pull each diminsion into the corrasponding room thus half my dims are below the dim line which I would prefer to delete anyhow.  Thanks anyhow I have a wish list as big as Revit already is.
