peoples.... is there a way to create a schedule that will calculate my plot ratio for my developments.... I have created the area plans... i have a site which i guess i could somehow pick the area from.... any takers ??? thanks... still using revit 9.1 though....

You could make your plot lines room bounding and create "rooms" for each plot then schedule them.

This is easily done using an area plan and a calculated parameter for the plot ratio.
